Lukoil to Start Oil Production at New Caspian Field in 2023

Russia's biggest independent oil producer Lukoil plans to start commercial oil production at its new Caspian field in 2023, the company said on Tuesday.

Lukoil said it expected to reach peak production at the Rakushechnoye field of 1.2 million metric tons a year but did not specify when this would be achieved.
