Gates will open the first night of a two night special session entitled "Energy: The Next Thirty Years" on Thursday, March 7, 2013.
The 2013 edition of the annual gathering will harness its focus on the changing energy industry and how to meet the challenges ahead.
IHS CERAWeek is held at the Hilton-Americas Hotel in Houston, Texas.
