Shell's Sao Tome Offshore Exploration Yields No Commercial Find

Shell has failed to make a commercial discovery in its Falcao-1 exploration well on Block 10 offshore Sao Tome and Principe, the company said on Wednesday.

"While the well did not encounter commercially viable hydrocarbons, the operation provided valuable insights into key aspects of the basin," a spokesperson said.
