SPX Hydraulic Technologies launches its new flange integrity management system, Flange Pro.

A site can count hundreds of thousands of flanges, whether onshore or offshore. Typically a third of them will be considered to be critical, a making the flange management difficult and resource consuming.

Flange Pro is a solution for integrity activities on all safety critical plant and equipment. It can be used across the entire pipeline system: flanges, valves, small bore tubing and other specialist equipment.

Each physical item (flange etc.) and workflow type (leak test pack, flange tightening procedure etc.) can be controlled and have their own predefined reports.

Flange Pro is designed to support Microsoft Windows 2008 R2 and above operating systems. Different formats are supported for data updating, loads and exports: CSV/Excel/XML.

To help prevent accidents, Flange Management Systems address elements of SEMS, the workplace safety rule, SEMS II, and RP 75 and maintain key information on flanged joints, maintain mechanical integrity of piping.
