Peru suspends offshore bid round

State-run Perupetro suspended auctions for nine blocks located in the Pisco, Lima, Mollendo and Trujillo because the companies involved submitted requests to alter their respective terms. Perupetro began marketing the blocks in early May. As of press time, the company has not yet rescheduled the auction round.
