NOV has restructured into three business segments: NOV Rig Systems, NOV Wellbore Technologies, and NOV Completion & Production Solutions.
NOV Rig Systems makes and supports drilling solutions, designing and manufacturing drilling equipment components, as well as building integrated drilling equipment packages for both land and offshore applications. Also offered is aftermarket support, which consists of the consumables, spares and services required to maintain an asset's equipment components and packages.
NOV Wellbore Technologies addresses drilling performance at the rig, both land and offshore.
NOV Completion & Production Solutions serves well intervention service providers and oil and gas producers. This unit will also pursue opportunities around hydraulic fracture stimulation, wellbore intervention equipment, composite tubulars, pumps, floating production systems and subsea production technologies.
