Alfa Laval picks up Angolan FPSO contracts

Swedish heat transfer, centrifugal separation and fluid handling firm Alfa Laval has won a US$30.7 million order to supply Framo pumping systems for floating production (FPSO) vessel projects in Angola.

The order, scheduled to be delivered in 2015-16, comprises offshore pumping systems for two FPSOs. Once completed, the vessels will be moored off the Angola coast.
