Tenaris is launching its next generation of coiled tubing, BlueCoil.
Tenaris developed BlueCoil technology using innovative steel designs and proprietary manufacturing processes. The end result is a coiled tubing string with a vastly improved operational performance over conventional coiled tubing. BlueCoil products provide a higher strength as well as more fatigue and environmental resistance throughout their entire structure, improving reliability and extending the effective lifespan.
Tenaris was the first coiled tubing manufacturer in the world to earn API 5ST certification, setting a new industry standard for manufacturing and testing of coiled tubing. The arrival of BlueCoil technology reinforces Tenaris’s mission of delivering value to its customers through product development backed by decades of experience in metallurgy.
