Penspen plans to open an office in Mexico City, its third base in Mexico after Ciudad de Carmen and Comalcalco. Headed up by Mauricio Moreno Ramirez, the new office will focus on pipeline maintenance, performance improvement of existing oil & gas infrastructure, and training.
