Reflex Marine adds Wiltrading

Reflex Marine has added Wiltrading to its global network of accredited service centers. Wiltrading, maritime safety company located in Australia, has been representing Reflex Marine as a regional partner for over 10 years. The company has now achieved accredited service center status, which is the most comprehensive level of accreditation awarded by Reflex Marine and enables Wiltrading to offer the sale of products, replacement parts, servicing and training.

Wiltrading’s core business is maritime and offshore safety solutions. Sales, parts, training, service and inspection can all be arranged through Wiltrading’s service stations located in Karratha, Darwin and Fremantle, with support extended to operators in Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea. Their technicians have been trained to carry out work in accordance with Reflex Marine’s procedures and practices. They also hold offshore training accreditations, such as MSIC and TBOSEIT, and can perform training and servicing offshore if required.

Reflex Marine specializes in offshore personnel access by crane. The company is known for its transfer devices, the FROG and TORO as well as its latest product range, the FROG-XT.

“We are excited to have facilitated the sale of the first FROG-XT’s in the region and feel that this range, particularly with its lower cost and smaller footprint, will widen the FROG’s appeal and usage even more here,” said Nick Eisenhut, offshore and marine manager for Wiltrading.

Reflex Marine is experiencing an increasing demand for its crane transfer devices, especially since the launch of the FROG-XT. With an increase in the number of products in operation globally, Reflex Marine is strengthening its regional support to clients. Reflex Marine has a network of accredited service centers operating globally in Europe, Asia, North America, Canada and now Australia.

“Our clients can be confident in the quality standards of our accredited service centers. They are fully audited, trained and supported by Reflex Marine. We continue to explore how we can best support our clients in order to reduce risk and enable safe personnel transfer offshore,’” said Robin Proctor, client support manager at Reflex Marine.
