Aqualis Offshore opens an office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The Kuala Lumpur office will offer the group’s full range of services with support from other group offices.  However, its initial focus will be on transportation and installation, marine warranty services and engineering.

“Malaysia holds substantial proven oil and gas reserves from its offshore fields. There are a lot of activities offshore the Peninsular basin in the west, and the Sarawak and Sabah basins in the east," Phil Lenox, Aqualis director for Asia Pacific said. “We have already had numerous requests to support existing clients operating offshore Malaysia. Having an official presence in KL will facilitate servicing all existing and new clients in Malaysia more efficiently.”
