Nordic Energy wants to wind up

UK-based small cap player Nordic has Energy has announced it is looking to wind up the company.

The firm has instructed accountants Turpin Barker Armstrong to lead the insolvency proceedings.  

The Company listed on the ISDX Growth Market in October 2012 to acquire low cost entry opportunities in the UK, Danish and Dutch offshore sectors. 

In September 2013 the company secured its first project to become the operator of an offshore license in the Danish North Sea with 11 oil and gas prospects the firm said ranged from 805 MMbo – 7.5 Billion bo and 1.1 Tcf to 7.3 Tcf.
