Orwell Offshore appoints director

Orwell Offshore has announced the appointment of Nigel Clark as a director of the company. Clark’s appointment is effective immediately.

Clark brings to the position over 30 years of experience in the offshore oil and gas and marine consultancy sectors. Most recently, Clark was managing director of Braemar (incorporating The Salvage Association) and he has held a number of other senior roles within marine and offshore consultancies as well as within upstream oil and gas operating companies.

“Orwell has performed well over the last few years despite market conditions having been difficult for businesses engaged in servicing the offshore energy sector. The company has some exciting plans for growth on several fronts and has recently been awarded a number of new contracts. I look forward to working with the team at Orwell as we look to build on the opportunities now presenting themselves to the business,” says Clark.
