DMWA Resources opens in Africa

DMWA Resources, an oil and gas advisory, exploration and production, and trading firm, has begun offering its services on the African continent.

The firm will capitalize on the African knowledge and experience of its management, and leverage its financial position to partner with Africa’s governmental and private oil and gas institutions. DMWA will target plays and partnerships across West and Central Africa, including Equatorial Guinea, Chad, Congo-Brazzaville and Ghana.

“DMWA Resources is a knowledge and relationship-driven oil and gas advisory firm,” said Sebastian Wagner, executive director of DMWA Resources. “Our African-specific expertise provides a strong platform to showcase our value in the markets where we seek to provide advisory services, acquire prospective acreages and specialize in the resale of crude oil, natural gas and refined products. We assist our private sector partners in the industry’s ongoing consolidation, as well as our governmental clients in their financial and knowledge-based recapitalization.”

The company is built on a flat structure and is financially and structurally independent. DMWA offers a range of petroleum industry and fiscal advisory services and collaborates with partners with the capacity to undertake exploration and production ventures in Africa's oil and gas sector.

DMWA will be a sponsor of the Africa Oil & Power Conference from 6-7 June 2016 in Cape Town, South Africa, and will host a reception gathering African energy ministers, IOC’s, NOC’s, and financial institutions.
