Atlantic Offshore inks Dana ERRV work

Dana Petroleum awarded Atlantic Offshore an emergency response rescue vessel (ERRV) contract to support the Ocean Guardian semisubmersible in the UK North Sea.

Atlantic will use its Ocean Sprite ERVV in the contract, which is for two wells estimated at 70 days each, and will commence 1 March 2016.

There is also a further 2 x 1 well options period, with an expected duration 30 days each.

The value of the contract was not disclosed.
