Zennor completes North Sea acquisition

Zennor Petroleum has completed its acquisition of First Oil & Gas and Antrim Resources from the administrators of First Oil Expro.

Zennor now takes over interests in the North Sea producing fields Mungo and Monan (License P059), Bacchus (License P255), Cormorant East (License P201) and Causeway (License P1383). 

The acquired companies are being renamed as Zennor CNS and Zennor Resources.

An asset purchase agreement to acquire First Oil’s remaining interest in Cormorant East, in addition to its interest in two undeveloped discoveries, Glenn (License P244 JR) and Platypus (License P1214), is due to complete in coming weeks, subject to fulfilment of the normal conditions of an asset transaction of this type.
