Dolphin inks further Bideford extension

Dolphin Drilling, a subsidiary of Fred. Olsen Energy, signed an estimated US$8.6 million one-well contract extension, including one optional well, with Statoil for use of the Bideford Dolphin semisubmersible drilling rig for operation on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.

The extension is set to begin, at the latest, on 31 July 2017.

The one-well program is estimated to take 50 days.
