The framework agreement includes the two yearly inspection campaigns of the subsea structures of the 40 production platforms in the Danish Sector of the North Sea. The contract also includes diving construction/intervention scopes throughout these years as well.

Boskalis will provide a turnkey package including project management, engineering, scheduling, personnel, vessels and equipment management and final reporting including DNV approval for each campaign.

“We are very pleased with this multi-year contract award and we are looking forward to continue our cooperation with Maersk Oil in the North Sea for the next four years,” Bert van der Velden, commercial director of Boskalis Subsea Services said. “Since 2011 we have worked on numerous subsea campaigns for Maersk Oil and together we have established a safe and efficient working environment in a very good cooperation.”

Boskalis will execute the 2016 offshore campaign this summer with its dedicated diving support vessels Constructor (saturation diving) and Protea (air diving).
